Edward Johnson is an executive-level leadership coach and facilitator with over 10 years of leadership development experience in directing organizational change. He specializes in training leaders and helping organizations develop vision, mission, and objectives. Ed is an expert at guiding organizations through change and helping align program and human resources for optimal impact. As a pastor for several congregations in a major denomination, Ed learned the intricacies of guiding persons through seasons of both extreme joy and serious trauma and loss. He is adept at helping others discover and makes changes to help avoid burnout and manage daily stressors. Ed holds a strong belief that organizations and individuals have the potential to make a significant impact within and through their circles of influence. His work is committed to helping clients create space for positive change so they are able to recognize and capitalize on their strengths and future potential. He is also a skilled facilitator and public speaker who enjoys working with groups of all types and sizes.
Ed has a certificate in Leadership Coaching for Organizational Well-Being from George Mason University and is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). He also holds a Master of Divinity and Master of Arts in Christian Education from Union Theological Seminary and Presbyterian School of Christian Education (now, Union Presbyterian Seminary), and a BA in Business/Economics from Randolph-Macon College.
